Long Product Description San Simeon Trident Tier Red Blend is sourced from rugged hillside estate vineyards in Paso Robles, where limestone-rich, calcareous soils and cooling coastal influences shape structure, depth, and natural acidity. This blend of 70% Syrah from Maddalena Vineyard and 30% Graciano from Stefano Vineyard in the El Pomar District is crafted from hand-harvested fruit, fermented in small lots, and aged separately for 28 months in a combination of new French oak and neutral barrels to balance structure and freshness. Aromas of black cherry, dark berry, and baking spice are layered with hints of bramble and subtle leather, while the palate shows concentrated dark fruit supported by balanced acidity and refined tannins, leading to a long, polished finish with depth and precision.
