It is produced with light skin contact and gentle pressing resulting in a crystal-clear, pink colour. The nose is vibrant with layered aromas of cherry, strawberry, rose blossom and bubble gum. The bright acidity brings crispiness on the palate, beautifully balancing the sugars. Delightful with appetizers, cheese, and fish.
