The grapes are carefully shielded from oxygen using a unique method where carbonated snow is used to shield the grapes, preserving their innate freshness. Afterward, a gentle pressing along with a thermo-regulated fermentation process are employed to ensure that only the pure, crisp flavors take center stage. The Riva de La Rosa labels all draw inspiration from Matelica's past as a Roman municipality. Uncovered from historical grounds, countryside and vineyard inspired mosaics have deeply influenced the mosaic design and color scheme.
