    Long DescriptionMumm Napa Blanc de Blancs Sparkling Wine showcases the bright, elegant citrus tones of Chardonnay along with the stone fruit character of Pinot Gris. Sourcing from the southern part of Napa where the morning fog and the breezes off the San Pablo Bay help maintain bright acidity and the afternoon sun allows for full flavor development, these wines beautifully reflect the climate in which they’re grown. The wines are fermented at cool temperatures to maintain the delicate fruit flavors and then artfully blended and aged. The result is a crisp, complex, bubbly wine featuring a pop of lemony citrus on the nose leading into aromas of pear, pippin apple and toasted biscuit. The frothy mousse leads into a creamy mid-palate with notes of lemon and fresh-baked brioche followed by a long, elegant finish.
