Double Cask, Our makers mature the whisky in two different types of casks: American Oak casks bringing notes of vanilla and toffee, and Oloroso Sherry casks imparting spice and richness. During the years of maturation, the whiskies subtly absorb the casks complexity, adding intricate layers and refined depth. When the time comes, our craftsmen skilfully bring the single malts from both casks together, an art requiring dedication and years of expertise to achieve just the right balance of depth and flavour.
