    Long DescriptionFollowing Redbreast tradition this whiskey is made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley triple distilled in copper pot stills and initially matured in Bourbon and sherry casks The fifth iteration in our famed series uses Moscatel wine casks from the hills of Malaga Spain to finish our signature Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey style Partnering with Bodegas Quitapenas family owned since 1880 to procure Spanish Moscatel casks known for their floral aromas accompanied with pineapple peach and notes of honey The wine is aged in American Oak for 24 months before the casks are emptied and transferred to Midleton Distillery for aging Here Redbreasts Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey has been maturing in these casks since 2024.
