Long Description A modern Pinot Noir which showcases premium fruit from the Adelaide Hills, one of Australia's premier cool climate regions. Following a complex winemaking process, this Pinot Noir displays a vibrant cherry red color with a deep purple edge. On the nose, ripe raspberry is complemented by intense floral aromas and warming cedar spice. The resulting taste is of rich dark cherries with hints of the forest floor and even truffles, given structure and finesse by powdery tannins. This Pinot Noir pairs well with a goat cheese tart with caramelized onions or pan seared lamb with a black olive sauce.
