Long Description	This is a full-bodied wine, with bold fruit flavours, which showcases Cabernet Sauvignon from one of Australia’s premium wine regions. Drinking well now, this wine will also reward careful cellaring. Temperature controlled fermentation lasted up to 15 days and the wine’s key components were matured in fine oak hogsheads for 12 months. This wine is deep crimson red in color, with notes of dark berries, such as black currants and blackberry, and bay leaf. It tastes of fresh blackberries with notes of cedar spice, with structure from fine-grained tannins. Pair this juicy red with lamb or beef roasts, lamb cutlets or mature cheeses. Alcohol 14.1%, total acid 6.4 g/L, pH 3.67
