The richly textured palate features white nectarine and fresh citrus with an underlying herbaceous character and minerality, perfectly balanced by fresh acidity that leads to a rich and lingering finish. A complex wine displaying pink grapefruit, guava and bell pepper on the nose. The sauvignon blanc features a pale straw with green colors.
