Product Title - Base Chichicapa Mezcal Single Village Short Description Chichicapa is the classic archetype of a great Oaxacan broad valley mezcal, with producer Faustino's signature notes of sweet roasted agave with a finish of dark chocolate and overtones of mint. Long Description Chichicapa was one of the very first villages that Del Maguey founder, Ron Cooper, began working with over 23 years ago! Produced by palenquero Faustino Garcia Vasquez, Chichicapa is made from local Espadin and twice-distilled in wood-fired copper pot stills. It has Faustino's signature notes of sweet roasted agave, dried fruit, almonds, and a delectable finish of dark chocolate with overtones of mint. Every product in our collection is made by individual family palenqueros (producers) in old-style villages.
