Long Description Campo Viejo Gran Reserva Red Wine is a reassuringly balanced Spanish wine that retains fruit character after being passionately crafted over the course of 5 years. Balanced with smoky and spicy notes from oak, this Spanish wine has soft, velvety tannins and a long, elegant finish of roasted coffee and mocha. It boasts aromas of blackberries, blueberries and plums with smoky, toasted wood nuances of sweet spice, coffee bean and tobacco. This dry wine is made from Tempranillo, Graciano and Mazuelo grapes, fermented in stainless steel vats, and then aged in French and American oak barriques for 24 months. After the oak aging, the final blend rests in the bottle for another 36 months, where it gains its complexity and length.
