    Long DescriptionThis is our Bourbon right from the barrel. Uncut and unfiltered so that you can experience the flavors of our Texas ingredients, barrel aged in their purest form. Unfiltered: No carbon or chill filtration is used, so the flavors are in their most concentrated form. Uncut: Water is not used to dilute the bourbon before we bottle it. Harvests: Every batch will have a unique Harvest Date to denote the month and year the barrel was harvested. Proof: Every batch will have a slightly unique proof based on the precise time the barrel is harvested. Tasting Notes: NOSE: Brown sugar, cinnamon, dried fig, caramelized peaches, maple syrup. PALATE: Baked cinnamon apple, toasted vanilla, dark cherry, sugared raisins. FINISH: Lingering.
