Uncut and unfiltered so that you can experience the flavors of our Texas ingredients, barrel aged in their purest form. • Unfiltered: No carbon or chill filtration is used, so the flavors are in their most concentrated form. • Uncut: Water is not used to dilute the bourbon before we bottle it. • Harvests: Every batch will have a unique Harvest Date to denote the month and year the barrel was harvested. • Proof: Every batch will have a slightly unique proof based on the precise time the barrel is harvested.
