    02ENservingSuggestionRose City Flip 1 oz. 1792 Full Proof Bourbon .5 oz. amontillado sherry .75 oz. whole milk .5 oz. creme de cacao .5 oz. cinnamon syrup Whole Egg Grated nutmeg and cinnamon for garnish Combine everything except the egg in a cocktail shaker, and shake with ice. Strain out the ice, then add a whole egg to your shaker and shake vigorously (known as a "reverse dry shake" to help produce a more even texture from the egg). Pour into a chilled glass.
