We make our Almondmilk by taking raw, blanched almonds and grinding them down to a fine meal, then hydrating the raw almond meal with water and pressing the liquid into a delicious milk. All of the almond meal goes into the final Almondmilk; there is no byproduct. The result is a delicious Almondmilk that will delight consumers with a creamy, purer, more milk-like taste than the conventional method for almond milks, made by watering down roasted almond paste. Our Horchata combines tiger nut milk, rice milk, and cinnamon with our innovative, artisanal Almondmilk, designed to make it easy and desirable to live dairy-, soy-, gluten- and GMO-free. |
